Hi, I’m Katelyn - macro coach, nutrition educator, and your new bestie in the kitchen.

I spent years eating “clean,” over-restricting, doing cardio, and wondering why nothing was changing. Everything shifted when I learned how to fuel my body properly and build strength with intention.

Now I help women:
